Auchlochan Trust is a retirement village which provides care facilities for the elderly.  It consists of retirement flats, bungalows, three care homes providing residential care and one providing nursing care.  

Nethanvale is the unit in the Trust which provides nursing care.  It is a stunning custom-built home which opened in 2003.  Poised on the edge of its own 3 acre loch it claims outstanding views in all directions.
