Nethanvale is a spacious purpose-built home ideal for elderly residents.  The accommodation consists of 70 single rooms and 6 doubles.
 
All single rooms have a private balcony which residents can sit outside and enjoy the views.  They can if they wish decorate the balconies with potted plants.  For those with a double room, french-door windows are fitted.  

Each room has an en-suite, wet floor shower with safety and convenience in mind.  If a bath is preferred then this can be facilitated in of the four large available bathrooms.

BT sockets are provided for those residents who wish to incure the cost of line rental into their room.  In addition, television aerial sockets are there for those wish to bring in a television for their personal use.  

Furniture within the room includes an adjustamatic bed, fitted built-in wardrobe, tall-boy, dressing-table and bedside cabinet.  Residents are encouraged to bring small items of furniture and personal effects to make the environment more homely.

The views from all rooms are beautiful, especially those overlooking the loch.
